Terms and Conditions
GOGOfruitbasket reserves the right to change its baskets due to seasons and availability. All our fruit is purchased on a daily basis and we only use reputable suppliers, however we will not accept any liability for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
GOGOfruitbasket give no warranties nor makes any representations of any kind whether express or implied as to the operation or performance of this site, the content, information, software or the products therein. Users access this site at their own risk and gogofruitbasket.com will not be liable for the loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of this site including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages we reserve the right to make changes to our site these disclaimers and our terms and conditions at any time.
It is the senders responsibility to check that the person will be at the said premises to receive the basket, GOGOfruitbasket will take no responsibility if this has not been done.
Right to Cancel Order
By law you have the right to cancel within 7 days prior delivery ,as all our baskets are made to order on a daily basis, you can cancel the order 24 hours prior to dispatch,either by e-mail or contact customer care on 0845 644 0696, where you will be asked to send an email together with your order reference number(you must quote your reference/order number in all corespondence) stating the reason why you wish to cancel. In the case of a recipient dying before despatch , the order will be cancelled and the funds refunded to your credit card used.
Where a patient has been moved from one hospital to another, please contact at your earliest convenience and it can be redirected for delivery, for a charge, but it will be 24 hours later to the requested delivery.
We inspect everything we send out carefully before it leaves us. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. All of our baskets are despatched in prime condition containing only the highest quality of fruit.
As this is a fresh product, we are unable to accept any returns. If your product has been damaged in transit or has not arrived in tip top condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 0845 644 0696 or by email on email@example.com . We will ask you to take a photograph of the product with all of its packaging and reserve the right to arrange for a courier to collect it. We will discuss either sending a replacement product to the recipient or refunding your payment.
If a product or fruit is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with something similar. You can rely on us to choose a something that's not only of a comparable size and price but one that fits in with the overall theme of the basket you have chosen.
The consumer is generally free to cancel the products and send the goods back, the expectations being the supply of fresh foods, drinks or other goods for every day consumption. Please see consumers Act 1998 for more information.
All notices from you to us must either be in writing and sent to the contact address-Naturally Best Fresh Produce(Gogofruitbasket), Unit 6, Norbury Court, Welcomb Street, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2NB or email address at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Order by 12 o`clock Friday for Saturday Delivery.
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands will incur an surcharge of £12.50.
- Deliveries on Saturdays will incur a surcharge of £10.00 which is added on when a saturday is picked on completion of the order.
