Delivery Info

We deliver products within mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Island. Please note that we are sometimes unable to deliver to some remote areas of Northern Scotland and Ireland. Where possible we will advise you of those restrictions before you place your order. If you would like a delivery to these areas or have a query about where we deliver, please contact customer services on 0845 6440696 for further details. We may be able to make the delivery for an additional charge. We will advise you at the time of ordering.

The delivery cut-off time can be found on the home page. Products ordered on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday unless ordered for Saturday. No deliveries are made on Mondays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or the day after Bank Holidays.

Whilst we agree to ensure delivery on the requested date, please acknowledge that actual deliveries to certain areas are undertaken by a third party ie to Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 48 hours after despatch for delivery to be made.(Deliveries to Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands will incur an extra surcharge of £12.50. Deliveries on a Saturday will incur an extra charge £10.00).

If the delivery is to a residential address and no one is availble to sign, the product will be left in a safe place at the address or with a neighbour. Please note it is the senders responsibility to check that the said person will be at the said premises to receive the product. Gogo fruitbasket will take no responsibility if the said person has moved or gone away.

Some orders will require a signature on delivery. This will apply in the case of deliveries to Hospitals, Offices, Hotels and other business locations. The signature of any Person authorised to accept delivery on the behalf of the Organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. It is the responsibility of the sender to check that the said person is still in the named hospital and in the same ward on day of delivery before confirming the order. No responsibility will be accepted by Gogofruitbasket if this has not been done.

The Postcode supplied will be the one the gift will be delivered to, this is a self generated label system, imputting of the correct addresse is the customers responsibility , please ensure that you double check the postcode and address is correct before completion of the order, Gogo Fruitbasket accept no responsibility for incorrect details.

If you order products from our website we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, your order number, invoice address, delivery address, description of products ordered, the price (including VAT) and quantity of the goods ordered, the expected delivery date of the products and confirmation of any message to be delivered with the products ordered. VAT registration details will be also included to enable you to utilise this confirmation as a VAT receipt should this be required as a result of your purchase.

Your order is an offer from you, to us, to purchase the Products. Our acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance of your order.

Save where you hold an Account, we shall insist on receiving payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you have ordered before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings in to existence a legally binding contract between us.

Peak Times:
Christmas Delivery: Please note, at Christmas time specified delivery dates are met on a best endeavour basis, whilst we do our utmost to deliver on or close to specific dates, be aware that delivery may take place a couple of days before or after your preferred date, this is due to the hundreds of orders being processed through the system and the delivery network. You will receive an email notification upon despatch which contains tracking details, enabling you to follow its delivery progress.

For peak delivery periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mothers day etc, please order at least four days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

All our prices are inclusive of delivery.

Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to healthy, tasty fruit at all times, which is why we offer a ‘fruit to the office’ service to businesses in our local area. Along with all our other personal fruit baskets, our office fruit baskets have a vast selection of seasonal fruits that have been handpicked by our buyer. All fruit used in our baskets is Grade A Class 1, and is delivered in a refrigerated van to guarantee freshness.

With your very first order, we’ll supply a high quality wicker basket that becomes your very own office fruit bowl. When it comes to ordering your second batch, we’ll just bring along the fruit you’ve chosen, and you can pop it in the basket for the whole office to enjoy!

Furthermore, our incredible office fruit baskets are charged at only 25p per piece of fruit, and we only request a £15 minimum spend per order. We are also currently only able to offer Manchester City Centre delivery, but will be expanding to other areas, and our deliveries take place on Mondays and Wednesdays.
