Smoothie Bowl Recipe
If you’d like to create your very own smoothie bowl, the following recipe will walk you through how to create the most delicious, nutritious bowl so that you can start your day right.
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 4 Frozen Strawberries
- Handful of Frozen Raspberries
- Handful Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 2tsp Chia Seeds or Ground Flaxseed
For The Toppings, choose from:
- Chia Seeds
- Goji Berries
- Flaked/Desiccated Coconut
- Edible Flowers
Simply add your frozen fruit, spinach, seeds and coconut water to your blender and blend on a high speed until smooth and thick.
*Top Tip* Add your liquid a little at a time – you want your smoothie to be as thick as possible, so use as little liquid as your blender will let you get away with!
Once your smoothie is completely blended, pour it into your favourite bowl and go crazy with your toppings! Et viola – you’ve got yourself a tasty, nutritious bowl that your Instagram feed will love!
