All our fruit is purchased on a daily basis and we only use reputable suppliers, however we will not accept any liability for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It is the senders responsibility to check that the person will be at the said premises to receive the basket, GOGOfruitbasket will take no responsibility if this has not been done.

Right to Cancel Order

As all our baskets are made to order on a daily basis, you can only cancel the order 24 hours prior to dispatch, any orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a courier retrieval fee of 10.00 pounds.
